Don't forget to try out the custom avatar feature!

If everything is set up everything correctly, you should be able to upload your own avatar. Go click on that little gear icon in the user panel at the bottom of the side bar and you will be taken to the profile setting page, and you can upload your avatar there.

You can even upload a banner for your profile page, if you like!

I think its not possible because of this message
"You should have minimum number of approved posts to be able edit your profile information"

Oh yeah it's an anti-spammer measure. But seeing how the sign up has been disabled, that shouldn't be an issue. Let me change the settings.
